4. You agree that you will make entirely sure that the information submitted with a domain registration is correct, and that any errors are your responsibility. You agree that any domain names that you register in error will not entitle you to a refund of fees paid for these domain names.
5. You agree that any administration charge paid by you to us is non-refundable, notwithstanding a refusal by the naming authority to register the desired name.
6. Should you and a third party raise a dispute over a domain name, that dispute should be resolved between you and the third party. We may be obliged to make representations to the relevant naming authority, but we are no obliged to take part in any such dispute. Should you still wish to raise a dispute regarding a domain name that you have registered or attempted to register through us.

Backups and Data Loss:

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

Cancellation and Refunds/Money back Guarantee:

1. We reserve the right to cancel the account at any time. We do not offer refunds for breech of our terms of service.

2. Customers may cancel at any time. We give you an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee on managed shared hosting, and reseller solution's. Refund requests after 7 days will be Decline.

Accounts with excessive number of files negatively affect the performance of the server and Friendinfotech may request that the number of files be reduced to ensure proper performance at Friendinfotech's discretion. Friendinfotech does not set arbitrary limits on the amount of visitor traffic a web site can receive or on the amount of content a Subscriber can upload to his/her/its website in a given month, nor does Friendinfotech.com charge additional fees based on increased use of bandwidth, as long as the Subscriber's use of the Services complies with these Terms. In most cases, a Subscriber's web site will be able to support as much traffic as the Subscriber can legitimately acquire. However, Friendinfotech.com reserves the right to limit processor time, bandwidth, processes, memory, number of accounts a subscriber can create, or number of files in cases where it is necessary to prevent negatively impacting other Subscribers.

All of your web pages (html,php,htm, etc.) must be 'linked' with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) stored on Friendinfotech.com. Web sites that are found to contain either/or no html documents, a large number of unlinked files are subject to warning, suspension or cancellation at the discretion of Friendinfotech.com management. Any customer who violates Friendinfotech.com's Policies in abusing either space/site transfer will be notified and given 1 days to remedy the problem. If the problem is not resolved within the allotted period, the client will be billed for the overages.
